Dear Parents,
The registration is now OPEN for the coming School Year starting on September 2025. The 2025-2026 re-enrolment form is available by clicking here. We encourage parents to re-enrol early and promptly as spaces will not be reserved once a class has reached its intended teacher-student ratio.
To register, please fill out the 1 page electronically and save it, after which you can print out and sign the form manually if you are unable to sign it. Alternatively, you can click on the link to follow some simple instructions if you would like to add a digital signature to your pdf form.
Please submit the completed, signed form to office@sunrisemontessori.ca. All Registrations are considered complete upon receipt of the completed registration form with the PAID total tuition and activity fees.
Please note that the above registration process applies to ALL students (including the students registered with York Region Childcare Services).
Please register as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The enrolment is based on first come first serve basis and subject to space availability.
The Infant & Toddler Programs have all reached their maximum capacites for the new school year starting September 2025.
We have few spaces left for the Pre-School, JK/SK and the Elementary Program for the coming school year 2025-2026. We encourage parents to re-enrol early and promptly as spaces will not be reserved once a class has reached its intended teacher-student ratio.
