On Monday, December 21, the Premier of Ontario announced Safer at Home Restrictions for the next 28 days and ordered a range of time-limited public health actions to help curb the spread of COVID-19. One such action is, starting December 26, 2020, all elementary schools, publicly-funded and private, will be closed for in person learning. Students enrolled in publicly-funded schools will move to virtual learning for the week of January 4 to January 8.
School will resume on the January 11, 2021 for the private school section (JK/SK and Elementary).
Due to the above directive, we will be conducting the virtual learning program from January 4 – January 8, 2021 for the JK/SK and the Elementary program. Our teachers will be contacting you directly to initiate this. Private school (JK/SK and Elementary classrooms) will resume in-class learning on January 11, 2021.
However Child care will remain open for the duration of these time-limited public health actions. Childcare here refers to the Toddler and Pre-school (Casa) programs.
